Introduction
MassiveTickets is a Help Ticket plugin designed to Game Staff members. This unique plugin helps staff track player submitted issues and lets us get to you in a timely fashion to address your issue. Usage of the plugin goes like this:
- Player files a help ticket.
- Staff Member picks the ticket.
- Staff Member helps Player.
- Staff Member or Player marks the ticket as done.
- Staff Member gets a point in the weekly high score.
- Staff Member gets weekly achievements.
Notable
- Only one ticket per player at a time.
- If a player logs out their ticket is marked as done automatically.
- Moderators must mark themselves as working to be counted.
- Moderators get achievements when helping players.
Player Commands
- /ticket s,show show your own ticket
- /ticket c,create <message> create a new ticket
- /ticket d,done mark your own ticket as done
- /ticket m,modlist list working moderators
- /ticket v,version show plugin version
